District Programs

 Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas, Inc's franchise includes 55 counties in North Carolina and South Carolina. District Operations are comprised of Boards of Directors whose primary tasks are to secure funding and volunteers, and to manage and grow JA programs within their county or region. Individuals serving on District Boards come primarily from the business community.

Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas, Inc. franchised counties include (counties in bold currently have JA classes being taught in them): Alexander, Alleghany, Anson, Ashe, Avery, Bladen, Brunswick, Buncombe, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Catawba, Cherokee, Clay, Cleveland, Columbus, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Gaston, Graham,  Haywood, Henderson, Hoke,  Iredell, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mecklenburg, Mitchell, Montgomery, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, Polk, Richmond, Robeson, Rowan, Rutherford, Scotland, Stanly, Stokes, Surry, Swain, Transylvania, Union, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin and Yancey in North Carolina; and Chester, Lancaster and York Counties in South Carolina. For counties currently without JA programs, we will help organize local committees to initiate and administer JA programs.
