In the Classroom

Junior Achievement (JA) programs help to build the bridge between
school learning and young peoples' future success in the work world and in their lives.

JA recruits and trains business and other community volunteers, connects
them with schools and provides hands-on learning materials.
Volunteers typically visit the classroom 5-7 times to teach
JA’s curriculum- which aligns with the NC Standard Course of Study Goals.

Junior Achievement helps educators prepare students to surpass
educational requirements and to succeed once they have finished school.
