GASTON COUNTY


Junior Achievement has been providing business and economic education programs in Gaston County for the past 8 years! In the 2006-2007 school year approximately 1,170 students were impacted by Junior Achievement programs. We hope to reach even more in 2007-2008!

Please consider volunteering in the classroom or providing financial support for the continued implementation of programs. The students appreciate having mentors come into the classroom to teach them about how the world operates and how to make choices in life. The skills that they learn are taught by caring JA volunteers who give their time to teach the importance of staying in school and the advantages of free enterprise.
